Supply chain redesign, end to end
When standard freight doesn't add up, we rethink the whole flow. Our teams redesign your supply chain around containerized logistics - strategically disassembling oversized machines so more fits into every container and cost drops significantly. We control both ends of the process, from disassembly and containerization in one region to decontainerization and reassembly in another, across our global network spanning Europe, North America, South America and China.
Engineered, piloted, proven
We don't ask you to take a redesign on faith. In our design studio we model the optimal container fitment and fill rate, build a business case that confirms the cost reduction, and run a real-life pilot before anything scales. Every step is jointly validated by all stakeholders involved - so when we go live, the savings are real and the process is proven.
From mega-project to minor tweak
The biggest assignments grow into long-term partnerships - think a ten-year maintenance program for a single OEM fleet, or an end-to-end containerization pilot for a new telehandler line. But it doesn't have to be on that scale. The same team also takes on smaller, one-off customizations - a dump-body extension here, a worktool reinforcement there.
